Where I’ve Been, Where I’m Going

Hi guys! It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I guess I have some explaining to do since I dropped off the face of the Earth there for a while.

I started being semi-inactive towards the end of September when my mom was admitted to the hospital. We weren’t sure what was happening and what was going to happen so I felt like it were for the best if I concentrated on that rather than try to juggle. I had some blog posts stockpiled that would get me through and so I wasn’t too worried about it.

October started the “holidays” for my family. Halloween is a huge deal to me, mainly because I can let my inner crime loving soul out without being too weird, and there are two birthdays that month. I could say that things were getting super busy, but that’d be lying. I was honestly super burnt out and lazy so I didn’t even try. I kept pushing off creating blog posts for the next week or the next month.

November and December were actually really crazy. Two of my cats died within a week of each other and that took a huge emotional toll on me. Then we roller coastered into Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, which brings us to now.

I have identified that the burnout was the main cause of why I stopped making posts. I love Eat, Sleep, Love, Repeat and I love my readers. It is an adventure that I’m not ready to give up. To avoid burnout, I decided to decrease my posts to once a week until further notice. I hope to continue my social media presence and continue interacting with you daily.

What do you want to see from Eat, Sleep, Love, Repeat? What do you not want to see anymore?
