For the longest time, I’ve wanted to lose weight. Currently, I weight 151 lbs and, while that may not seem like much to some, for me, it was a lot. Believe it or not, when I had my daughter, I weighed 119 AFTER birth. I guess that’s the reason why I’m so upset at my weight now. I know it’s not baby fat I have to lose, it’s my own damn fault.
I kept trying different things to lose weight, but I lacked one thing. The motivation. I thought that losing weight was going to have immediate results and then something happened and I just gave up.
If I want to lose the weight, I need three major things. This is BESIDES exercise, eating right, and strong will. I need motivation with myself, support from others, and determination to keep going. Most of those things I lacked.
Hence why I created this blog. Besides this being a blog where I can share my feelings, I decided that this would be a great way to get support from others. Even if no one reads this blog, I know that I have a place to vent my feelings instead of reaching for my chocolate stash under my bed and a place to share my success when I’ve reached them.
My ultimate goal weight is 119. As I said earlier, I weigh 151. That’s 32 lbs that I NEED to lose. My first mini goal is to lose 10 lbs.
To motivate me, I’ll post different quotes, pins, pictures, and other stuff that I found helpful. If you’re trying to lose weight, maybe it’ll help you too.
